I was able to reach out to Jake and his team a few times over the last few months to ask if it was a good time for me to refinace. They replied quickly and when it was finally a good time they made the process quick and easy! When I had questions Jenna was always understanding and would answer them promptly. Not knowing all the loan lingo and options can be daunting, but she walked me through the process and laid everything out in a well organized and easy to understand mannor. The icing on the cake was them working to get us a rate protection plan that just came out to save us even more on closing, even though we would have gone through with the refinance without it. It's the little things and the extra effort they put in that makes me glad I work with them!
