I appreciated all the communication through the entire process . There are so many steps and requried documents, etc, that even though this was our third home purchase, it still felt brand new, so the regular updates via email and text plus the ease of e-signing was great. The only small hiccup occurred with managing the gift funds for down payment from my parents. Some of the communication and follow through from the team felt it lacked a bit there as I was trying to ensure my parents had what they needed when some communication needed to be re-sent.
