I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was professional, smooth, and well-organized. Brett and his team took the time to clearly explain every part and thoughtfully walked me through each step, ensuring I felt informed and confident throughout. The technology used to deliver and complete the required documents was interactive, user-friendly, and very easy to navigate. Overall, it was a seamless and highly positive experience.
Clay was great to work with! He responded quickly and was always kind! Clay did a great job checking in regularly throughout the loan process. If he didn't know the answer to something with our DSCR loan, he promptly asked the experts and helped us out.
Yvette was so wonderful to work with! We met in an unconventional way, and I immediately liked her and got a great “vibe” about her, and I was excited to work with her. My instincts were correct: Yvette was professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. I am on the west coast and she is on the east coast, but she would call me after hours, and on the weekends, to make sure to align with my schedule, and I was so impressed! She was dedicated to ensuring the entire process went smoothly for me, kept me up to date on the wildly fluctuating (at that time) interest rates, and she helped me be creative with my loan, and she made sure I was happy and comfortable with every step of the process. While closing the loan, she made sure her team was on top of everything (and they were!), and she ensured the closing process went smoothly for me. The entire process went FAST too, and I would highly recommend working with Yvette and her team, and when I am ready for another loan I will be reaching out to her again. I cannot recommend her more highly!
