We had recently decided to move to Wisconsin, but our unique circumstance was sort of unconventional. Teresa worked tirelessly to discover different loan programs to make something work out for our situation. She had made herself available even to handle a late Saturday afternoon offer and putting together paperwork for that. Similarly, because some of the assets we were using had some volatility to them, Teresa was able to help us find other solutions for our use case. Finally, she worked with us on yet another change in plan due to a difference in appraisal vs. selling price. Even though it meant a larger down payment, she was able to work with us through to a solution that would satisfy underwriting AND meet the new purchase terms. So with all the twists and turns in the road, we were able to get to the original closing date, on time, within a reasonable difference of original estimation, and with satisfactory outcome for all parties. Just to help clarify that In ourh special situation, we had been advised by realtors that it would be best to have our current owned home vacant before putting it for sale; renting as an interim solution did not make sense for us. Where I had previously talked with some other loan officers who did not see any other way, Teresa was able to find the loan program that would work for us. Her help was well appreciated and the work that got done seems miraculous.
