Austin has been wonderful to work with. Throughout the entire process he has been very communicative and informative, but not annoyingly so. If we had any questions we would just send him a email or a text and he would respond in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes right away! This is our first home purchase, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but Austin made it very easy. We are very pleased with his professionalism and easy going attitude.
