Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Kayla, she kept us in the loop the whole process through. She was very responsive to everything we requested more information on and she was diligent about getting us approved. Having everything be digital allowed for us to be able to review in real time the process and sign paperwork. This was a much easier process than our previous house purchase. Overall, I would certainly use her again for any future needs.
