I knew from the first minute I spoke with Paula that she wasn't just another lender. I had tried of few different lenders and was very disappointed with what they we're approving me at. In this market with these prices I didn't have much hope. That was until I spoke with Paula. I sent her all my info and she immediately pre approved me at a much more competitive number and assured me that we would find a place. To me my situation felt very stressful and like everything has to go perfectly to even have a shot .To Paula this was just another day at the office her experience professionalism , communication and re assuring helped me a ton during this process. Our house we purchased was being flipped and because of the loan type Paula had to work her magic and she did so well that the Real Estate Attorney told me Paula is amazing I don't know how she does it. Paula closed us in about 3 days extremely fast once all parties hurdles we're cleared. She was right up against the deadline no fault of hers but other unforeseen issues. Everyone was saying theirs no way we close that fast we may have to get exstention. Well once again Paula proved why she's the best we we're closed within 3 days..
