Nick made this experience extremely smooth and less traumatic than I’ve always heard it was. This is my first time purchasing a home and I was extremely nervous about the process but it was completely benign. I would recommend Nick to everyone! I didn't have the greatest credit score when applying for pre approval.He told me exactly what to do to get it where it needed to be and a week later I was pre approved and signing a contract to purchase a home. During underwriting they asked for to be done and Nick knew exactly what to do to get me approved. Not only that he was very friendly and professional.I could contact him at anytime and he would respond quickly and answer any questions I had.In less then six weeks I went from thinking it wasn't possible for me to buy a home to closing on my home and it was all because of Nick's hard work.
