I worked with Francisco to refinance my mortgage at the height of the COVID-19 refinance rush. I wish I would have found him earlier. Before working with Francisco, I had already applied for a mortgage refinance with another large local credit union. To spare you the details, I will tell you that this other credit union made a pretty big error on my application and would not answer my emails or calls to resolve their error. This is when a friend of mine recommended that I contact Francisco. As I had just been burned by another institution's incompetence, I pessimistically reached out to Francisco. My first call with Francisco changed everything! He spent the better part of one hour just listening to me explain my experience with the other credit union. Sad as it was for me to have to ask, he assured me that if I reached out to him during the refinance process, he would reply. Not only did he respond to my inquiries, he would often proactively update me on the status of my application. This was a nice surprise and is one hallmark of outstanding customer service. I think banks sometimes forget that we are customers paying hard-earned money for the products and services they provide. Not Francisco — he gets it! I will be referring all my friends to him and you should consider doing the same. Don't waste your time with the other guys!
