Summary

The Office Administrator provides administrative and clerical support to the office to which they are assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attending to incoming phone calls
  • Replying to all emails
  • Planning and scheduling meetings
  • Regular interaction with all the staff members
  • Maintain office files and documents

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the mortgage industry preferred
  • Ability to deliver effective results
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automotive insurance
  • Sound judgment and decision making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent service skills

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient in data entry and management

Language Skills

  • Ability to speak, read and write in the English language
  • Fluency is other languages preferred
  • Articulate speaker with good interpersonal skills
