Mena Vitale Warmbier has always had a passion for helping people and has from her youth always found a way to do that.
Mena was born in and grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is one of five children born to Italian parents. Mena attended university in Johannesburg where she studied law and then went on to do her internship, pass her boards and obtain admission as an attorney, notary and conveyancer. Mena specialised in contract and real estate law for over 15 years rendering professional services to both individuals and corporations and also offering her service as a consultant to a number of brokerages.
In 2010, Mena met her husband Gregg and in 2011 they married and Mena moved to Florida, USA. It took some time for Mena to get acclimated to her new and very different environment and Mena started a small business offering consulting services to small business as well as keeping her legal licence and credentials current. Mena’s focus has always been to find a need and meet it, making sure that the client always walked away knowing that their best interests were priority. Mena is very methodical and takes her time to help clients understand processes and terminology that they are not familiar with.
Mena got involved in the mortgage business just over a year ago and is fast growing to love it just as much as she loves real estate law. Mena loves the fact that she is able to help first time home buyers accomplish their dream of becoming a home owner. She is determined to help solve problems and find solutions to achieve the best outcome for the borrower.
Mena is passionate about family and her faith in God. She and her husband Gregg serve together in their church and are active in serving in the community.
